We just got a new Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and this device is very fast… and its internal flash storage is extremely fast – 223.53MB/s read speed, and 131.52MB/s write speed (see the screenshots below).
So very fast device, requires deserves one of the fastest SD cards in the world – SanDisk 32GB Extreme PRO microSDHC UHS-I Card (it has UHS speed class 3 (U3)). And if you put this microSD card into regular smartphone, it may not unleash its all power, because of slow/cheap SD card controller, but it exceeds anything we have seen before when put into the new Galaxy Note 4. Again, see the screenshots below, it can achieve super fast speed for the SD cards on the mobile device – 61.40MB/s read, and 47.84MB/s write speed (Advertised speeds: Read 95MB/s, write 90MB/s).
Another purchase — SanDisk Ultra 64 GB microSD UHS-I card for our Galaxy Tab 3 8.0″. It is UHS-I — one class above Class 10 cards. However, as you can see, not all Android device controllers can read/write at the full speed.
